Cooling and humidification systems used today operate by directly spraying water especially to air or ground or bypassing the air through an aqueous medium by means of a fan. In addition to those, also centrifugal type humidifiers are used. In high-pressure humidification systems placed in front of the evaporator, problems occur such as deterioration of the quality of products due to the water droplets falling on them, continuing water dripping from the nozzles after the system is turned off, separation at the connection points as a result of freezing at the water Pipes due to low temperature. In case the centrifugal-type humidifiers are used, there are problems such as insufficient capacity of the existing systems in cold storages, the systems to be expensive and cannot be connected to central cold room automation, and they cannot be monitored centrally.
This newly developed product consist of the indoor unit in the environment to be humidified and the humidifier device outdoor unit. Outdoor Unit water is pressurized (50-100 bars) in the high pressure water pump and sent to the indoor unit. The water shattered (in billions of 5-15 micron particles) at the nozzle manifold becomes cool fog, passes through the drop holder and sucked by means of the fans and is transmitted to the desired environment in a state with up to 98% moisture but free of water droplets. It controls the equipment such as fan heater-pump-electric motor by means of the electronic board on the outdoor unit, ambient humidity sensor, indoor unit humidity control panel together with a software. Large cold storages can be controlled centrally and independently by connecting multiple in door units to the outdoor unit. This system developed especially for multi-storage systems can control with a central control panel, each cold storage independent from each other by means of a software custom-developed for cold storages.
