Heating Equipments
1.Structural Infrastructure and Support Systems
The stability of a greenhouse heating network is the foundation of operational safety. Timfog’s structural components are engineered to withstand the demanding conditions of humid greenhouse environments.
- Support Stands: These heavy-duty stands carry the weight of the main heating lines. They are manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials and designed to remain stable under high thermal and physical loads.
- Pipe Support Brackets (Consoles): These specialized brackets hold pipes in place while allowing for natural thermal expansion and contraction, preventing structural stress and vibrations.
- Component Connectors (Joints): Precision-engineered connectors ensure structural integrity and leak-proof transitions throughout the entire pipe network.
2.Heat Transfer and Distribution Lines
Timfog utilizes high-grade materials to ensure that heat generated in the boiler room reaches the plant with minimal loss.
- Steel Heating Pipes: Our high-thermal-conductivity black steel pipes serve a dual purpose: they distribute heat efficiently and act as a reliable rail system for greenhouse transport trolleys.
- Pre-Insulated Pipes: For main transport lines between the boiler room and the greenhouse, we use high-density insulated pipes. These minimize energy loss to the atmosphere, ensuring that every calorie produced is delivered to the growing area.
3.Flow Control and Automation Components
True efficiency is found in the ability to control water temperature and flow with surgical precision.
- 3-Way Valve Actuators: The "brain" of the distribution system. Controlled by the climate computer, these actuators move with millimeter precision to mix hot and return water, maintaining the target temperature with a tolerance of 0.1°C.
- Industrial Valves: We use high-sealing class valves designed to withstand high pressure and temperatures, allowing for easy isolation of specific zones for maintenance or zone-based climate control.
- Fittings and Connection Equipment: Every elbow, nipple, flange, and coupling is selected based on hydraulic calculations to minimize pressure drops, reducing the workload on circulation pumps and lowering electricity costs.
